Q. Can I forward this Vanity Email address to my current email account?
A. Yes, we forward the Vanity Email transparently to your current email account.
Q. Can I keep my Vanity Email Address when I switch my Internet Service Provider.
A. Yes. You can keep and use your email with any service provider. We will be happy to change your email forwarding up to six times a year.
Q. How much Mail Storage will i get?
A. Our web-based email gives you a generous 2 MB of storage. You can get Unlimited Storage through the setup of POP3 email as explained below for a small fee.
Q. Can I use POP3, IMAP and Client Based email software such as Outlook, Eudora, Entourage, Etc.?
A. Yes. You can setup these options as MAPP.
Q. Can I cancel my email whenever I want?
A. Yes. You can cancel your email address anytime. There is No Contract and No Commitment! Note: Prepaid balances are not refundable.
